Throwing tantrums lately. Don't know why. I seemed to get pissed or upset easily.

Indeed, I feel a little better after throwing each tantrums. I don't know how to describe that feeling, it's not the feeling of satisfaction. Somehow, it's the kind of feeling you get when something gets off your mind.
