"Thank you for being our chairperson."
I got to thank Eugene for this.
First time, I felt so happy because of a word of gratitude.
It was so sincere, so true.
There are times when you feel like you're a loser. And at that point of time, when you're praised, that feeling is overwhelming. Trust me.
I never expected Eugene to say this sentence. But you know, it really made a great difference to me. Yes, I might have failed in a lot of things. But there are still things which I've excelled in. A simple "thank you" made me realise how important I am to others.
I don't know if what I said today made any sense to 2H. At least, those words are from the from the bottom of my heart. For the first time I don't feel any uneasiness in the class, first time I felt that everyone was listening to me.
2H is really an awesome class. We are not flawless. We do hand in forms and assignments late. We make mistakes like other people do. But we're a class. Even though sometimes discussions don't go smoothly, we did discuss as a class. We're not a bad class. We have our very own "好", we have a lot of hilarious jokes. We do have conflicts, we do have fights. However, if it wasn't for all these, would we grow up? Would we mature?
I sincerely hoped that everyone in the class will be proud to be in 2H. As for me, I feel very very proud to the class chairperson of 2H. It's tedious, so? Frankly speaking, I don't expect a wonderful gift or what, a "thank you" is enough for me. It totally boosted my confidence to strive harder.
APPRECIATE. That's the word. Thanks 2H, for making my day. Thanks for making me laugh and smile from the bottom of my heart again. And I'm really looking forward to the hantam ball session!
我为我自己而感到骄傲。因为我是我,我有我的想法,我有我的立场,我有我的态度,我有我的骄傲。我为我所得面对的挑战说声谢谢。
