Netball!!!

Ball drills,Learn to attack/defend,Learn to shoot(I'm GS^^),train stamina,and many others.

Yup.Twice somemore.Sprain my ankle in P5 during ball drills,couldn't balance.Strain my muscles and couldn't stretch my leg for 1 whole week.And I fall down quite often.
